• Operational data — the business records you enter in the app (such as batches, dispatches, invoices, expenses, and notes) and the actions you take.
• Photos and documents — files you choose to attach to a record, for example delivery or dispatch proof.
• Location — only when you capture a photo and choose to geotag it, to record where that photo was taken. We do not track your location in the background.
• Technical data — basic request and device information needed to operate the Service securely and reliably.

We use information solely to provide and improve the Service — managing the produce workflow, logistics, billing, expenses, and reporting; securing accounts; and supporting you. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Data is stored on servers operated for Karmukh and is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access is restricted to authenticated users with the appropriate role, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Business records are retained for as long as the account is active or as required for our legitimate operations and legal obligations. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

The Service is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
